Join the Photoshop desktop team as a senior product manager, where you will have the opportunity to leave an impact on the creative industry. At Adobe, we are committed to encouraging innovation, and this role is pivotal in crafting the future of digital creativity!

What you'll Do
  • Drive initiatives across teams and organizations to ensure flawless execution of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and all key partners to ensure alignment in the requirements that you will be writing and executing.
  • Own and drive the product backlog to prioritize against team-wide objectives.
  • Make strong, data-driven decisions to push projects forward and come up with a roadmap for frequent, constant value adds to customers.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure a customer-focused approach to product development.
What you need to succeed
  • Degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of managing roadmaps and driving cross-team communication.
  • Outstanding ability to write clear and concise requirements, and to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a keen ability to understand and anticipate user needs.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
