Job Description

A K-12 school in Chambersburg, PA, is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a full academic year contract. This role offers the opportunity to support students academic, social, and emotional development across all grade levels in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12 to identify learning and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic or emotional challenges.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to recommend strategies that promote student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and relevant laws.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and educational law.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
