Position Title: Sales Recruiter (Life Insurance/Annuity Sales)

Reports to: Principal Partner

Department: Sales

Location: In-office Address; 900 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA 70005 

Classification: Full-time / Exempt

Essential Job Functions: The Recruiter position is primarily responsible for calling and connecting with potential clients of the firm with a focus on setting appointments for the sales team. Recruiters must have a passion for sales, building relationships, and a desire to succeed. Applicants that are looking for a fast-paced environment, with unlimited upside compensation, and a career in sales should apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Proactive outbound calls

· Quickly build relationships with prospective clients

· Utilize sales resources to stay organized and effective

· Schedule appointments for Senior Sales staff member

· Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound requests

· Meet set metrics for success

· Effectively communicate with peers, senior sales staff, and firm leadership

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Sales background or experience preferred

· Ability to manage/utilize technology

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation (based on experience)

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000
• This is an exempt position
• Variable Comp - Monthly
• Annual performance bonus target – 10% of salary
