• Supervisors  meet weekly in  Frederick, MD and  visit jobs throughout the week to monitor quality and gather estimate information.

• The higher salary is based on experience and licensing (master plumber gas fitter, journeyman plumber gasfitter and muncipality).

What you will be doing:

• Manage field operations and support technicians
• Ensure  high-quality service for commercial clients
• Oversee job tickets and provide hands-on technical support
• Participate in the on-call rotation, dispatching and supporting technicians
• Review and manage job tickets daily  with field technicians, estimators, and support staff
• Order and oversee materials for projects
• Lead a team of service technicians and apprentices, providing regular feedback and coaching
• Conduct daily job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Answer technical questions and provide real-time training and support
• Set and uphold clear expectations around job performance, safety, and code compliance
• Participate in on-call scheduling, including dispatching and direct support when required

Experience you will need:

• Proven experience in  commercial plumbing (10 years of experience preferred)
• Journeyman or  Master Plumber license (preferred but not required)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Computer and electronic device proficiency
