Now Hiring: Industrial Painters – 2nd & 3rd Shift

📍 Location: McConnellsburg, PA

💰 Pay: $22.75 – $26.40/hour + Shift Differentials

🎁 Sign-On Bonus Available!

🕒 Shifts: 2nd (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

🎯What You’ll Be Doing:

• Applyprimer, paint, and touch-upsusing spray equipment and brushes.
• Prep, mask, and unmaskparts to exact specifications.
• Performlight bodyworkand surface conditioning.
• Mix paintsto match color, consistency, and viscosity standards.
• Maintain and troubleshootpainting equipment.
• Applydecals, stencils, and rust-proofingfor a flawless finish.
• Conductquality checksthroughout the process.

✅What We’re Looking For:

• Experience inindustrial or automotive paintingpreferred.
• Skilled withspray equipment, masking, and paint mixing.
• Strongattention to detailand pride in your work.
• Ability to workindependently and in a team.
• Comfortable with2nd or 3rd shiftin a fast-paced setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment

This is a fully onsite position in Mc Connellsburg,PA.
