The Community Relations team is responsible for working with potential residents and their families who are looking for a retirement community. Together, they market the community through events and community outreach, use a consultative sales process, provide strong customer service, and help facilitate smooth transitions into our community. This position is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks and event planning including coordination and delivery. The Community Relations Associate also participates in resident move-ins, coordinating the admission process for all residents to ensure smooth operations within the sales department. This position is 80% administrative duties and 20% sales.Collaborate with the Community Relations Director and team to support sales initiatives and achieve targets.
