What Youll Own Prepare, review, and balance complete closing packages from Clear to Close through Doc Signing Review loan terms, fees, disclosures, and conditions for accuracy and investor compliance Balance Closing Disclosures and settlement statements with title, escrow, lenders, and internal teams Coordinate closing timelines with all parties to ensure on-time execution Ensure full compliance with TRID, TILA, RESPA, CFPB, and investor-specific requirements Clear final conditions and confirm all documents are executed correctly prior to Doc Signing Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly to avoid delays or redraws Maintain accurate loan status updates and documentation within internal systems Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines What Were Looking For 2+ years of hands-on mortgage loan closing experience Strong working knowledge of TRID, Closing Disclosures, HUD, GFE, and settlement statements Experience working directly with investors, title companies, and escrow agents Proven ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline Clear, professional written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role Experience with Calyx Path or Blue Sage, DocMagic, and Docutech preferred This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, catches issues before they escalate, and values clean execution over shortcuts.
