• 12-hour shifts -- 8 am - 8 pm and 8 pm - 8 am with 8 shifts per month
• Average of 54 patients per day with 20,000 annual volume
• Emergency department with 8% admission rate
• APP coverage available daily 11 am - 9 pm
• 2% daily transfer rate
• 90% of hospital admissions originate from emergency department
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications required
