Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you'll handle 30-40 inbound calls daily , providing expert guidance to prospective clients and enrolling them in health insurance plans. You'll support either Medicare or Individual markets , with designated training and launch dates for each line of business. If you're customer-focused and passionate about helping people find the right coverage, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 30-40 inbound sales calls per day from prospective customers-no cold calling required.

• Educate, guide, and enroll clients in Medicare or Individual/Family plans .

• Explain plan options, benefits, and costs clearly and confidently.

• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and insurance documentation standards.

• Accurately record customer interactions and policy details in CRM systems.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics .

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product offerings, market trends, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License (state-specific, as required).

• Previous experience in health insurance sales or a high-volume call center is preferred.

• Knowledge of Medicare or Individual/Family health insurance products is strongly preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Proficient with computers; experience using CRM and quoting tools is a plus.

• Must be able to start on the assigned date for your chosen line of business (Medicare or Individual).

• Residency Requirement: Must live in Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, or North Dakota .
