We are seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you'll handle 30-40 inbound calls daily , providing expert guidance to prospective clients and enrolling them in health insurance plans. You'll support either Medicare or Individual markets , with designated training and launch dates for each line of business. If you're customer-focused and passionate about helping people find the right coverage, this is the opportunity for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle 30-40 inbound sales calls per day from prospective customers-no cold calling required.
Educate, guide, and enroll clients in Medicare or Individual/Family plans .
Explain plan options, benefits, and costs clearly and confidently.
Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and insurance documentation standards.
Accurately record customer interactions and policy details in CRM systems.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics .
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product offerings, market trends, and industry regulations.
Active Health Insurance License (state-specific, as required).
Previous experience in health insurance sales or a high-volume call center is preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare or Individual/Family health insurance products is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Proficient with computers; experience using CRM and quoting tools is a plus.
Must be able to start on the assigned date for your chosen line of business (Medicare or Individual).
Residency Requirement: Must live in Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, or North Dakota .
Paid training on HealthPartners products, systems, and compliance standards.
