Field Office - Agency Office Assistant – American National Join our team to provide essential administrative support and outstanding customer service to our agents and policyholders. This role is key to keeping our district operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Assist agents and policyholders by phone, email, or in person. Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, data entry, deposits, and answering phones. Balance daily cash receipts. Support special projects as needed. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED. No prior experience required—we’ll train you! Comfortable working in the office.
