Position Summary We are currently hiring a Cruise Reservations Agent to assist clients with booking cruise vacations, managing itineraries, and providing expert travel guidance. This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility, professional development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, destination interests, and travel needs. Research and recommend cruise itineraries, cabins, and packages that suit client goals. Handle the reservation process, including bookings, confirmations, modifications, and special requests. Communicate with cruise line partners to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and policy information. Stay current on seasonal offers, cruise promotions, and trending destinations. Maintain detailed records of bookings, client preferences, and communication in the CRM system. Provide responsive, professional support throughout the client's pre-departure journey.
