BM Trucking is seeking dependable drivers for our flatbed division dispatched with System Transport. This long term relationship with System Transport has urged us to expand and meet the needs of our busy logistics team in need of moving freight in the Mid-West region states, and an abundance of Colorado.
Benefits Include;
•One week vacation pay, one week sick pay after 90 days.
•After 90 days health care incentives are available, employer pays 50%.
•Direct deposit bi-weekly pay schedule.
•$1,500 sign on bonus! $500 paid on first check, $500 paid at 3 months, $500 paid at 6 months.
What to expect;
• Flexibility and respect to our drivers and their schedules, flexible route options and custom home time.
•Greay Pay!! (32% or revenue= .49-.60 cents/mile average) Also enjoy pay for: stop pay, tarp pay, detention pay, inspection pass pay, performance pay.
•Out and back trips, midwest routes to ensure time home more regularly durring the week with weekends off.
•Great long term contracts with shippers, including locations where loads are strapped, tarped, and ready to go. Drop and hook is available often to mitigate down time.
•Assigned friendly dispatcher.
•Quality trucks: Peterbilt 2012 and newer models. Equipped with bunk heaters, fridge, and traction sanders (ATD'S) for the winter months, so no tire chaining required!
•24-hour roadside service dispatch
•Comdata fuel cards
•Latest on-board technology, and e-logs.
•Pre-Pass
•Sirus XM radio
Job Requirements;
• Valid Class A CDL License, with one year mountain driving preferred.
•Current DOT medical card
•A favorable driving record
• Pass background check and drug screening
•Professional and courteous attitude
•Knowledge of electronic logs.(ELD)
•Paid orientation- 4 days with System Transport.
•Perform Heavy lifting often and work in inclement weather at times.
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the quality of your equipment is safe, and within legal status of DOT regulations.
•Check Fluid levels regularly, ensure there at proper levels.
•Routinely get vehicle to service shops, and washed when necessary.
**Off duty and or weekend parking available In Denver or Mead, dependent where you live.**
