COMPENSATION: $16.49-$20.90 Per Hour (DOE)

What's your day like?

As a Part-Time Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) at Wasatch Behavioral Health at our Promise program in Provo, Utah, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients with a warm welcome, providing top-notch customer service, and efficiently managing incoming calls. You will have the opportunity to make preliminary assessments of individual needs and urgency for services, ensuring clients are promptly assigned to the most suitable service provider. Additionally, scheduling appointments, receiving payments, and responding to billing inquiries will be part of your daily tasks. Your organization skills will shine as you prepare and maintain client information, charts, and records.

Acting as a liaison for clients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies, you will serve as a patient advocate and assist in obtaining necessary authorizations. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

What you need to be successful

To excel in the role of Part-Time Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) at our South Provo Clinic candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with at least six months of clerical or secretarial experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential in effectively interacting with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software tools will be beneficial in managing appointments, client information, and billing inquiries.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are key attributes for success in this position.
