Job Title: Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent – Remote (USA)

Pay Rate: Effective July 15th, this role offers a guaranteed hourly base rate of $21 . With performance-based bonuses, most agents earn $22/hour , and top performers can earn up to $26/hour .

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on available health insurance plans and assist them in selecting the best options based on their individual needs.
• Provide end-to-end customer service and sales support via inbound and outbound calls.
• Address customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, delivering effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by recommending appropriate upgrades or additional services.
• Complete health plan sales and renewals, meeting or exceeding conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license in your state of residence.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience .
• High-speed internet connection (minimum: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
• Strong computer navigation and data entry skills; comfort working in a fully remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset (empathy, listening, problem-solving).
